When you try to open Outlook and you recieve the following error:

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. Invalid XML, the view cannot be loaded.

Open the command prompt and type the following command:

 c:\program files\microsoft office\office12\outlook.exe /nopreview

Outlook should open normally and this issue should be resolved.
