Entry Level Sales Associates
We are currently seeking resumes for the multiple entry level sales associates.  This opportunity provides lots of room for advancement and a very competitive compensation structure.

iSTAM is offering the greater of $65.00 or 15% of the total service transaction on the first sale to each new business customer.  In addition, iSTAM will pay 15% of the service sales and 5% of hardware sales to that customer to the salesperson as long as they work for the company.  If a sales person works 250 days out of the year and averages 1.5 new business customers per day, the income from the $65.00’s alone will be $24,375 per year.  The total number of customers acquired over the period of a year at this rate will be 375.  Each new business customer averages about $851 per year in service sales.  Based upon the average sales to each new customer the total income for each sales person will be $48,309.38.  Actual income is expected to be much higher. 

Each potential customer should receive a visit every week from the sales person.  The sales person will deliver a small informational print that will provide some value to the customer such as does and don’ts for your PC, How to use certain applications, etc.
