Our last and most versatile solution is a Fax over IP service.  This service can be bundled with our VOIP (Voice Over IP Service) for a complete telecommunications solution.  With this service we can assign multiple fax lines to a single account for a reasonable fee per line/month which allows individual users or groups to have their own fax number and have faxes from their number emailed directly to them automatically.  This service does require a monthly fee which depends on the number of separate fax channels/lines that are required.

Customers who utilize our Small Business Server solutions can benefit from the addition of a shared fax modem that can be used to send and receive digital faxes from any workstation.  This solution involves connecting a single fax modem to a server to receive analog faxes where they are then converted to digital images and emailed to specified recipients.  Like analog faxes via fax machine, this solution requires a single dedicated analog line for sending and receiving faxes and there is no distinction in terms of who receives what fax.

Either by installing an independent fax machine or by integrating fax reception in a centralized printing solution we can connect a single number/line to a single fax or all in one machine to receive and print faxes.  Some all-in-one devices will also allow for emailing of faxes to specific recipients as desired and programmed in the machine interface.
