We understand that time is money and our customers don’t have hours of
time to spend on the phone with technical support. With our onsite
service, upon receiving customer calls one of our technicians will be
sent to diagnose and repair the problem for a fraction of the cost of
most technical support services. Our customers can receive upgrades,
maintenance and repairs, without their system ever leaving their
office. We offer twenty-four hour emergency service.
Computers require routine maintenance to run efficiently, to increase
the longevity of the system, and maximize performance and speed. Our
trained technicians have the equipment and the knowledge to keep your
system working at its best and may be able to identify signs of virus
infection and or other potential problems before your systems shuts
down on you. You could save thousands in down work time, service, and
repair.
The iSTAM maintenance program entails regularly scheduled service
calls for external cleaning of the system, cleaning of the system
desktop and other files, and the upgrading and running of system
scans, i.e. antivirus software. This however in not an all inclusive
projection, maintenance will be geared to your system(s).
