As with many of our services,  iSTAM will work with you to get the features you need at a price you can afford.  For your reference the following are some of the features of our VOIP solutions.

Affordable Pricing

One of the most unique features of our service is that we offer "unlimited" pricing plans.  Each of our business plans include "unlimited" calling to the US and canada with no long distance fees.  There are also NO SETUP FEES, NO CONTRACTS, and NO HIDDEN FEES.  The listed plan price is what you can expect to pay (excluding any additional upgrades to the plan).

Device Flexibility

Just about any SIP phone is compatible with our service.  We offer a series of Grandstream phones that can be pre-configured before delivery for our service, but other providers include Cisco and Aastra.  In addition to the typical desk phone, we also support the full line of Bria applications available for the iPhone, Android and Micorosoft Windows.  With these software applications your can take your office extension with you wherever you go - making and receiving VOIP phone calls.

Full PBX Features

With our VOIP Business class services we include a full virtual PBX solution.  To get the PBX (phone system) features that you get with our service in a localized hardware solution you could expect to pay 10 to 15 thousand dollars.  We've gotten quotes for comparable systems such as the Avaya IP Office and others and were amazed at the cost when compared to our virtual PBX solutions.

Plan Pricing

We offer several plans and features that can be customized to meet your specific needs, including the addition of public numbers and the addition of extensions.

SOHO Basic

The entry level SOHO plan includes 1 line and 1 fax number but does not include the PBX suite.  If you just need a number for people to call and voice mail then this is the way to go.  Price: $35.00/mo.

SOHO Plus

Our SOHO plus plan includes 1 public number and 1 extension.  It also includes 1 Fax line and our full PBX suite and unlimited calls to the US and Canada.  Price: $50/mo.

Business 75

The business 75 plan is a complete small business package that includes 1 main number (published number) and 4 extensions (lines - or the number of people that can talk simultaneously).  It also includes 1 fax line and our fully featured PBX suite.  It also includes unlimited calling and long distance to the US and Canada.  Price:  $75.00/mo.

Business 150

The business 150 plan is a complete small business package that includes 1 main number (published number) and 10 extensions (lines - or the number of people that can talk simultaneously).  It also includes 1 fax line and our fully featured PBX suite.  It also includes unlimited calling and long distance to the US and Canada.  Price: $150.00/mo.

Package Add-Ons

Any of our plans can be customized to meet your needs by adding on extensions (lines - or the number of people who can talk simultaneously) or published numbers.  You can also have us professionally record and configure your IVR and voice mail prompts, add a fax line, toll free numbers, and port your existing numbers to your new service with us.

Number Porting - $20 per number

Keep your existing phone numbers by porting them to your new service with us.  We only charge for this service because we have to pay for the porting service for each number that is transferred.

Add an Extension - $14 per month per extension

Add as many extensions as you need to any of our existing plans for just $14.00 per month.  The phone company will likely charge double that price with no long distance included.  Also remember that with our service an "extension" is the same thing as a line, so your not just adding a phone location, but increasing the number of people that can talk at one time.

Add a fax line - $8 per month

Need additional fax lines for your office or home.  Add as many as you need to any of our existing packages for just $8.00 per month.

Add a phone number - $6 per month

Add as many phone numbers as you need to any existing package for just $6.00 per month.  Remember with our service a phone number is really just a method for people to access your telephony network.  It is like a door that gives them access to your business.  With our service, your phone number will never be busy so you may find that additional extensions are really what you need instead of phone numbers which are required by your local telephone provider for each line - not so with our service.

Toll Free Numbers - $5 per month (minutes sold for $25/1000 minutes).

Add toll free numbers to your account with us for just $5 per number.  You do have to pay for the minutes used by toll free calls but we offer those to you at an exceptional rate and sell them in 1000 minute blocks for just $25.  Buy 1000 minutes with your plan up front and we will bill you again when you run out of minutes.

Mobile Applications

Bria is available for purchase at http://www.counterpath.com for Windows and the Android.  The iPhone version is available through the iTunes store.  Just search for "Bria".  The full windows versions is about $50.00.  The iPhone version is just $10.00.

Glo Telecom PBX Features

The PBX features are amazing considering that you get them practically free with your service plan.  We really got some quotes for some different PBX systems with comparable features that came in around the 10 to 15 thousand dollar mark.  Check the features of the PBX we offer and compare for yourself.
